I am currently a doctoral student at the University of Miami's Frost School of Music. I am pursuing a DMA in instrumental performance with a cognate in music education. I currently study cello under the guidance of Ross Harbaugh and am a fellow in the Henry Mancini Institute under the baton of Scott Flavin.
I completed my BM (2019) and MA (2021) at the University of Central Florida where I studied with David Bjella and Si-Yan Darren Li. During this time, I received an undergraduate Presser Scholar award and was inducted into Pi Kappa Lambda. Outside of school, I engaged with the community through A Gift for Music, a nonprofit focused on providing music education and performance opportunities to children in Title I schools. Currently, I engage in community outreach through the University of Miami's Donna E. Shalala MusicReach Program and occasionally with the Frost Preparatory Program.
