Korean American violinist Jaimie Yoon is an avid chamber and orchestral player. Jaimie has participated in the roundtop Texas Festival orchestra in 2022, sitting in both Principal and Concertmaster positions. She has attended the Colburn school of Music as a Herbert Zipper Scholar Recipient for 6 years, participating in Colburn’s Intensive Chamber Program as well as their String Orchestra. At Colburn, Jaimie studied under the chair of the Strings Department, Henry Gronnier, as well as Margaret Shimizu. Jaimie is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under Professor Chen Zhao.
