Born in Springfield, Illinois, Leanna has been immersed in the world of music from a young age. She discovered it was her true passion when she was in High School. Leanna is a current student at the University of North Texas studying under Dr. Daphne Gerling. Throughout college, Leanna has experienced many amazing opportunities like playing in UNT’s Symphony Orchestra under Maestro David Itkin, Tyler’s New Texas Sinfonia, and Serenata Strings. Leanna has been offered a Graduate Teaching Assistantship at University of Central Florida where she will be a part of the Pegasus String Quartet.
