Rebecca was born in 2003. She got her first violin lesson when she was 8 years old, and got in at the talent program at Norwegian Academy of Music at the age of 12 with Professor Terje Moe Hansen. Since 2022 she studies with Kolbjørn Holthe who is assisted by Bjarne Magnus Jensen at the Norwegian Academy of Music.

She has performed on national TV(Tv2 & NRK), and given numerous concerts all around Norway.
In 2019 Rebecca got selected into the top 3 while performing on the national TV show “Norway’s Got Talent”, and received the golden buzzer twice, being the first one ever in the semifinals.
In the past Rebecca has had the opportunity to receive lessons by David Bowlin, Jaakko Ilves, Arve Tellefsen, Stephan Barratt-Due, and Catharina Chen.
Rebecca has been selected by the foundation Dextra Musica to play one of their instruments. She is currently performing on a Paul Crowley violin made in 2015. In 2017 Rebecca was awarded Arve Tellefsens talent prize and “Drømmestipendet”.
In the school year 20/21 she also received the “Inspirasjonspris” in the “Midgardkonkurransen” and 1st prize in the Norwegian “UMM” competition.
