Miles Teague is a sophomore Horn Performance major studying with W. Peter Kurau at the Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. He has recently performed with ensembles at Eastman such as the Eastman School Symphony Orchestra, Eastman Wind Orchestra, Eastman Horn Choir, and the Eastman Wind Ensemble. He has also recently subbed with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.

At Eastman, Miles has dedicated his time to refining his craft and enhancing his musicianship by taking advantage of great performance opportunities. He has played in multiple masterclasses for William VerMeulen, who is the Principal Horn of the Houston Symphony Orchestra, as well as the Professor of Horn at Rice University. Miles also had the opportunity to perform in the Eastman Honors Chamber Recital with his woodwind quintet. Finally, he has had the good fortune of playing in several significant ensemble concerts at Eastman, including playing Principal Horn on Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol and Brahms' Serenade No. 1 with the Eastman School Symphony Orchestra, and playing Assistant Horn on John Corigliano’s Clarinet Concerto with Stephen Williamson and the Eastman Wind Ensemble.
