2022 Round Top Music Festival

Denton, Texas
University of North Texas
I began studying viola at age twelve and realized early on that music was what I wanted to pursue. I was offered the opportunity to attend Florida State University with a music scholarship for a BM degree, studying under Dr. Pamela Ryan. After that, I went on to University of North Texas to study under Dr. Susan Dubois for a MM degree and Dr. Daphne Gerling for a DMA degree, while serving as Dr. Gerling's Teaching Assistant.
Orchestrally, I have performed with the Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra, the Panama City Pops Orchestra, the Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra, and have won a contract with the McKinney Philharmonic Orchestra. I am scheduled to perform with the Texarkana Symphony Orchestra later in the Spring.
I have attended Green Mountain Chamber Music Festival, Kinhaven Young Artists Seminar, Interlochen Summer Music Festival, and Brevard Summer Music Festival, receiving the Beth McAuley Award from the National Federation of Music Clubs Southeastern Region in 2019.
At FSU, I was a member of the Lux Quartet, and we gave two chamber recitals in Tallahassee and worked in schools to bring music clinics to young students in North Florida.
