Heather is currently working towards her MM in violin performance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she studies under Marjorie Bagley. Heather has performed as a first and second violinist with the Lubbock Symphony, Amarillo Symphony, Abilene Philharmonic, Greensboro Symphony, and Fayetteville Symphony orchestras, and she currently holds the Fry Street Quartet chair as Principal Second Violin of the Western Piedmont Symphony. She has also played in masterclasses for Sally O’Reilly, Charles Castleman, and Angela Fuller Heyde. Heather received her BM from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, with concentrations in both violin performance and string education where she studied under Dr. John Gilbert.
