Executive Chef Job Description
We are looking for a creative and proficient Executive Chef in all aspects of food preparation. You will be "the chief" and maintain complete control of the kitchen. You will report directly to the Associate Managing Director.

Kitchen Helper Job Description
We are looking for Part-time and Seasonal employees to work in busy kitchen. You will report to the Food Service Director and Executive Chef.
HOURS: Normal weekday shift 8am-2pm. Alternating schedule during summer festival and events (7am-2pm; 2pm-close (approx. 9pm)). Evenings, weekends and holidays. Some overtime possible. Starting pay $14 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with food prep (wash and cut produce). Wash dishes, use commercial dishwasher, put clean dishes away in correct places. Keep kitchen and dining areas clean (mop floors, use chemical cleaning agents). Set tables with place mats during events. Unload and store deliveries. Assist with other tasks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 16 years old, mature. Prefer employees who can read, speak and understand the English language; can communicate with others and understand and follow directions; can work as part of a team and also be able to work with minimal supervision, depending on assignment.
Must follow required dress code; must be punctual and reliable; must be able to work in a high temperature environment; must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift (average 7-8 hours per shift)
Housekeeper Job Description
We are looking for Part-time and Seasonal employees to work on a large rural campus with 18 buildings, bedrooms, meeting rooms, performance venues, office areas. You will report to the Housekeeping Supervisor and Crew Leader.
HOURS: Normal weekday shift 7:30am-4:30pm (hour for lunch). Evenings, weekends and holidays. Some overtime possible. Starting pay $14 per hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Work physically demanding; includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms, using chemical cleaning agents; making beds; laundry; washing windows; restocking amenities and supplies. Some work outdoors (cleaning windows, sweeping stairs, patios, sidewalks, etc.). Must be able to climb and carry supplies, equipment and laundry up and down stairs; bend, twist, lift.
REQUIREMENTS: Looking for mature persons who are at least 16 years old. Prefer employees who can speak and understand the English language; can communicate with others and understand and follow directions; can work as part of a team and also be able to work alone with minimal supervision, depending on assignment.
Must follow required dress code; must be punctual and reliable; must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift (average 7-8 hours per shift, lunch break is allowed).
Part-time employees work a regular schedule all year. Some benefits are available for part-time positions (PTO and paid holidays).
Seasonal positions are assigned duties during busy periods such as the Summer Music Festival and Antiques Weeks. Hours vary.
Site Maintenance Helper Job Description
We are looking for a Part-time or Full-time employee to work as a Site Maintenance Helper on a 210-acre rural campus. You will report to the Site Maintenance Manager.
HOURS: Normal weekday shift 7:30am-4:30pm (hour for lunch). Some overtime possible. Starting pay $16 per hour.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Interior and exterior building maintenance; grounds maintenance; board fence maintenance; pressure-washing, painting, staining; shredding, trimming, weed-eating, spraying weeds; cleaning up wooded areas; hauling off debris to dumpster or burn pile; blading gravel drives; digging trenches with machinery or by hand as part of minor repair jobs on campus; basic indoor/outdoor plumbing and electrical work (major work is done by contractor); campus-wide trash collection including inside buildings, grounds and along roadway; help with setup for events; campus preparation before summer music festival season
REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Must have a valid Texas driver's license; must be at least 18 years old in good health, mature, safety-conscious; must be punctual and reliable; must be able to speak and understand the English language; must be able to communicate with others and understand and follow directions; must be able to work alone with minimal supervision or as part of a team; must be able to work in outdoor environment, tolerate extreme temperatures (Central Texas climate); must have some experience with operating outdoor equipment (must be able to operate tractor with front end loader, small tractor with attachments, backhoe, zero-turn mower, chainsaw); must be able to maintain equipment; keep maintenance log and maintenance schedule. Being a jack-of-all-trades is an asset.
