The Tree House is a two-story structure built on site in 1978, with two bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the second level. It provides rehearsal rooms and faculty accommodations during the Summer Music Festival. During the remainder of the year, it provides overnight accommodations for guests who attend concerts, forums, conferences and other special events.
