The James Dick Foundation for the Performing Arts is an educational, non-profit
public foundation as described in sections 501 (c) (3) and 170 (b) (I)
(A) (ii) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donors may deduct contributions
made to the Round Top Festival Institute (sole project of the James
Dick Foundation for the Performing Arts) as provided by section 170 of
the Internal Revenue Code. Bequests, Legacies, Devises or Gifts are deductible for Federal estate and gift tax purposes as provided by sections 2055, 2106 and 2522 of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions and bequests can be made in the form of cash, securities, insurance or property.
