Allion is the assistant concertmaster of Yakima Symphony, concertmaster of Seattle Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra, and a member of the Missoula-based String Orchestra of the Rockies. He has served as concertmaster of the Seattle Philharmonic, Pierre Monteux Festival Orchestra, University of Washington Symphony, and Sammamish Symphony. In 2018, Allion joined the second violin section of Spokane Symphony. He has helped found several vibrant chamber music projects, including the Yakima-based Sempre quartet and the Seattle-Bergen String Quartet, who recently toured and recorded an album in Norway. Allion has coached at the University of Washington, Roosevelt High School, and Seattle Youth Symphony. He has performed as a guest soloist with the UW Symphony, Seattle Metropolitan Chamber Orchestra, and Bainbridge Youth Orchestra. He performed the Brahms concerto with Sammamish Symphony in February 2019. He has played in masterclasses for Elmar Oliveira, Ilya Kaler, Gil Shaham, Robert McDuffie, and Lucie Robert. Mr. Salvador’s principal teachers are Hal Grossman and Ron Patterson. He looks forward to beginning graduate work at Manhattan School of Music in the fall of 2021.
