Audrey Emata made her debut as soloist with the Philadelphia Orchestra in Verizon Hall in 2013, and has soloed with the Allentown Symphony, Juilliard Pre-College Orchestra, and many other orchestras in the Philadelphia area. She was featured on NPR'S From the Top, and has been featured on the cover of Flute View Magazine as the winner of their Young Artist competition, among many other accolades. In 2018, she was a YoungArts winner and a Presidential Scholar of the Arts semifinalist.

Audrey was invited to play with Sir and Lady Galway at the Kennedy Center in 2016 and twice received a full scholarship to Sir James’ class in Switzerland. She has also performed in masterclasses in Scotland, France, and all over the United States. Most recently she performed in the Tanglewood Young Artists Orchestra.

Audrey is currently in her first year at Juilliard as a continuing student of Carol Wincenc. She is grateful to her former teachers Rebecca Simon, Bradley Garner, and Demarre McGill, and her many masterclass teachers, including Julien Beaudiment, Denis Bouriakov, Karl-Heinz Schutz, Ian Clarke, Lorna McGhee, Marina Piccinini, Philippe Bernold, Jim Walker, Clint Foreman, and Jill Felber.
