Cellist Ching-Hung Chen is not only a soloist but also a great leader in chamber music. He won the concerto and the chamber music competition in National Taipei University of Education in 2014. Next year, He was invited to perform Paganini Variations on One String in Italy tour. During his college, he attended to the Pro Arte CMT Orchestra, which is gathered elites from different universities. In addition, Mr. Chen was a substituted member in Evergreen Symphony Orchestra and South Dakota Symphony Orchestra. He was also invited to play the tremendous solo part for The Handel Festival Orchestra in 2017. Ching-Hung, studied with Professor Marion Feldman and Patrick Jee, graduated in the Graduate Strings Studies Program in NYU. He is currently a doctoral candidate at UConn under the guidance of cellist Sophie Shao.
