Manya Aronin is an eighteen-year-old violinist who hails from Bethesda, Maryland. Currently, Manya studies at the Cleveland Institute of Music under the tutelage of Joan Kwuon.
Throughout her high school years, Manya’s musical endeavors have earned her numerous awards from prestigious musical organizations including American Protege, the U.S. Army Orchestra, and Young Musicians Inspiring Change.
Additionally, Manya’s vibrant and soulful music has matured by virtue of learning from several leading artists, some of whom include James Ehnes, the Emerson String Quartet, and members of the Cavani String Quartet.
Manya spent several of her recent summers participating in music festivals. In 2015, Manya received the prestigious Emerson scholarship to Interlochen Arts Camp where she also received the highly-distinguished Fine Arts award. In summer 2016, Manya attended Meadowmount School of Music.
In addition to performing, Manya enjoys reaching out to and teaching the community’s youth to enrich the local artistic environment.
