Horn player Kaci Cummings has performed in a wide array of ensembles around the country and has expanded to teaching as well.

Ms. Cummings has performed in both a brass and woodwind quintet that have attended the Fischoff National Chamber Music Competiton. She has been a member of the Juilliard Orchestra, numerous new music groups, musicals, operas, and most recently baroque ensembles. She toured the Netherlands performing Bach's B Minor Mass with Juilliard 415 this past winter. For the past five summers she has attended the Kendall Betts Horn Camp in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. Ms. Cummings has now been promoted to staff and is teaching students the fundamentals of horn playing along with ear training. She has also attended the Summer Music Institute at the Kennedy Center that pairs with the National Symphony Orchestra and the Yale based Norfolk Chamber Music Festival.

Ms. Cummings is originally from Elgin, Texas and attended the Interlochen Arts Academy for her final year of high school. She is now studying at The Juilliard School to obtain her Bachelor’s degree under the teaching of Eric Reed.
