Make plans to attend the Young Persons' Concert in the Concert Hall at Festival Hill on Tuesday, June 12 at 11:00 am. The annual event is open to the public free of charge, no reservations necessary. Concert Hall doors open at 10:00 am.

The Texas Festival Orchestra will perform the annual favorite, Carnival of the Animals, by Camille Saint-Saëns, with Emilio Colón, conductor. James VanDemark narrates the delightful and amusing work. The program will conclude with a performance of Don Juan by Richard Strauss.

Round Top Festival Institute offers the free concert each year to make it possible for concert-goers of all ages and economic situations to enjoy a world-class orchestral performance. After the concert, the audience is invited to come on stage for a hands-on experience, interacting with the young artists and their instruments.
